Another significant point: the TUFF-N-DRI membrane has a lifespan of 30 years! Unlike the outdated tar membranes that can often peel off, crack or dry up after a few years. Once applied, the TUFF-N-DRI membrane takes on the consistency of rubber and fully envelops your foundation.
